- What is filedot.to?
filedot.to is a file hosting provider owned and operated by Fullcloud corp. We offer online storage/remote backup capacity, sophisticated uploading and downloading tools.
With filedot.to you can host files, images, videos, audio and flash on the same place.
- Why should I use filedot.to?
Whenever you need to send a file that is too large for e-mail, filedot.to can help.
If you need secure remote storage capacity for off-site backups, filedot.to offers solutions for you.
If you want to access personal data from a variety of computers and don't want to carry around a USB stick, filedot.to is a perfect way of doing so.
- Can I search for files other people uploaded?
No, because not everyone wishes to share the files they upload with everyone else. This way filedot.to can be used to share files with anyone you choose to, as well as keep it for yourself as a backup or to download from anywhere in the world.
- What kind of files can be uploaded?
All kinds: from your party photos to an important document.
The only restrictions are CSAM, offensive content and copyrighted material.

- How do I delete my account?
Send us an email or contact us using the contact form.
ALL information associated with your acocunt, including emails sent and/or received, will be permanently deleted.
Once deleted, it is not possible to recover your account.
- What is the password for a file I downloaded?
We don't know.
- What are VIP files?
VIP files are individual files sold by uploaders at a price they set themselves. Access is purchased per file and is completely separate from any membership plan — premium membership does not grant access to VIP files. Once purchased, you can download that specific file regardless of your membership status.
- How does the download quota work?
Your download quota operates on a rolling 24-hour window rather than resetting at midnight. This means that any bandwidth you use is returned to your quota exactly 24 hours after it was consumed. For example, if you download 2 GB at 6:30 PM today, those 2 GB will be credited back to your quota at 6:30 PM tomorrow.
