Terms of Service

This filedot.to Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which filedot.to (Fullcloud Corp, Belize, aka "we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
  
  
• CSAM, offensive content and copyrighted material are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to decide appropriate content and can delete content at any time without User notification.
  
  
• filedot.to does not tolerate child pornography and underage content of sexual kind. When we get notification of such content, our support will act quickly to remove such content and block account of user who uploaded such content. We will report such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Cybertipline at missingkids.com. We also reserve the right to cooperate and take actions, including cooperation with law enforcement agencies, to assist them in identifying and prosecuting individuals who are involved in the transmission or dissemination of content containing child pornography.
  
  
• Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos, documents and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, filedot.to is under no obligation to become involved.
  
  
• filedot.to is not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website or data. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.
