Terms of Service

This filedot.to Service Agreement (the "Agreement") describes the terms and conditions on which filedot.to (Fullcloud Corp, Belize, aka "we") offer services to you ("User"). By using our services, User agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

• We reserve the right to disable direct linking on user accounts that are using excessive bandwidth or otherwise abusing the system.
  
  
• filedot.to does not tolerate child pornography and underage content of sexual kind (CSAM). When we get notification of such content, our support will act quickly to remove such content and block account of user who uploaded such content. We may report such content to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children and Cybertipline at missingkids.com. We also reserve the right to cooperate and take actions, including cooperation with law enforcement agencies, to assist them in identifying and prosecuting individuals who are involved in the transmission or dissemination of content containing child pornography.
  
  
• Users must agree to comply with all laws which apply to their location, including copyright and trademark laws. Images, videos, documents and files that violate copyrights or trademarks are not allowed. If someone has an infringement claim against you, you will be asked to remove the copyrighted file until the issue is resolved. If there is a dispute between participants on this site, filedot.to is under no obligation to become involved.
  
  
• Certain files on this platform are designated as VIP Files and are sold individually by the uploader at a price set by the uploader. Access to VIP Files requires a separate one-time purchase per file and is independent of any membership plan. Purchasing a Premium or Premium Pro membership does not grant access to VIP Files. Likewise, purchasing access to a VIP File does not affect your membership status.
  The distinction between premium membership and VIP File access is clearly stated in these Terms of Service and throughout the platform. Refunds will not be granted for premium memberships on the basis that the member was unaware that membership does not include access to VIP Files, or on the basis that the member purchased a membership with the intention or expectation of accessing VIP Files.
  All VIP File purchases are final and non-refundable unless the file is found to be unavailable or materially different from its description. filedot.to acts solely as a platform and is not responsible for the content, or password, of VIP Files, which are provided by individual uploaders.
  
  
• filedot.to is not liable for your images, videos or files or any lost business due to the unavailability or loss of the website or data. We make no claims of future reliability in serving, hosting or storing your images, videos or files.
  
  

filedot.to is commited to cooperate with any and all legal authorities if an investigation should arise.
